Summer 2013 Schedule

Wednesdays
7:30pm-10:00pm in Room 151 of O’Donnell Hall (Map)

This summer, we will be offering a single, hour long lesson, followed by social dancing. The social dance will have a variety of styles played, including West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Blues, Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Foxtrot, Waltz and more. Requests are welcome!

Classes will start May 15th, and continue in three week blocks. 

1st – Katherine teaching Hustle

2nd – Morgan with social dance skills

3rd – Bryant with Argentine Tango

4th – Seth teaching Blues/West Coast Swing

5th – Anne teaching Lindy Hop.

  • Social dance represents a variety of dance styles and forms where partner-to-partner connection is the main features of the dance.

    Many dance styles fall into the social dance category including swing, latin, ballroom, and more. Social dancing can be enjoyed in a variety of settings, venues and locations all across the world!
